No Cookies Policy

Unlike many applications and websites, our App does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. We do not store cookies on your device, nor do we use any means of tracking your activity across other websites or apps. Internal AI Processing Disclosure

All summarization and task-generation processing occur within Pomnie’s internally developed and controlled systems. Google user data is not shared with external artificial intelligence providers, third-party machine learning platforms, or external model training services. The App’s internal models are not trained using Google user data in a manner that would create generalized or cross-user learning beyond the requesting user’s individual session context.


Children’s Privacy

Our App is intended for use by parents, guardians, or authorized caregivers of school-aged children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us, and we will promptly delete such data from our records. 

International Users

If you travel to or are located outside the United States and access the App from that location, your personal information may be transferred and processed in the United States.
